Terms & Conditions
Applicants are evaluated using the following criteria:
- Must have not previously received DigitalOcean promotional credits.
- Must have a company website and an email address associated with the company website.
- If selected, applicants must create a DigitalOcean team account with a business/company email (not a personal email account).
- If selected, applicants must adhere to DigitalOcean Terms of Service & Acceptable Use Policy.
Are there any limitations on how I can use cloud credits?
- In order to qualify for the credits, your first full month's spend must be a minimum of $500.
- The spend for subsequent months must be equal to or greater than the first full month’s spend.
- DO reserves the right to revoke the credits as outlined in our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy
- The total amount credited to a Participant for any month will not exceed the amount of the owed charges for the services for that month.
- Participants may not sell, license, rent, or otherwise transfer credits.
- Credits have no intrinsic value, are not redeemable for cash, have no cash value, are nonrefundable, and serve merely as a means to provide an incentive to use our services. No refunds will be granted for any expired or canceled credits.
- Credits are valid for a limited time only and cannot be redeemed after the expiration date indicated when you receive the applicable credits (or such other date designated by DigitalOcean).

Whatever amount you spend on DO workloads in the first full month, we credit the same amount back to you over the two months that follow. A DigitalOcean Account Executive can help you determine when your first full month will be counted.
